Having worked as a Project Manager at a General Contractor, and with decades of legal experience focussed on construction, I bring a wide range of skills to help you ensure your project is brought in on schedule, on budget, and in accordance with your desired scope of design. 

It can be overwhelming dealing with sophisticated consultants and GCs. Having someone at your side to hold people accountable is a good, proactive strategy to ensure a successful project. 

In the same way I offer fractional in-house services to companies to be proactive about risk, providing OR services to small and mid-size developers likewise is a mitigation tool to decrease project risk at any or all of the feasibility, design, preconstruction, and construction phases.
