Legal services subject to retainer agreement on such terms as may be negotiated between the parties. 

Common terms include:

• contract term - fixed or open;
• contractor and not employment relationship;
• rates and discounts;
• monthly hours or demand services;
• roll over of unused hours and reporting standards;
• renewal and termination of contract;
• contact and access standards.

Management Consulting is a non-legal service and provided under a separate contract.
